I've built a community around the belief that you can train hard, work hard and still show up for the people and moments that matter. That balance isn't something I talk about, it's something I live every single day. Whether it's race prep, a long ride with friends or a dinner out with the girls, I bring the same energy to all of it.

I live and breathe what I post. Every brand I work with, every product I feature fits authentically and naturally into my life, brands I genuinely believe in and would promote whether a camera was rolling or not.
